DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
We take great care when packing your order. However in the case that your item has been damaged in transit, we want to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please email us at admin@blisshairbeautybar.com within 3 business days of receiving your order if you believe that a product is damaged. Please note images will be required.We will arrange either a replacement item to be sent or a refund if stock is not available
WARRANTY FOR ELECTRICAL ITEMS Bliss hair&beauty bar is an authorised stockist of all electrical goods supplied, as such the goods purchased on our site are under warranty from the manufacturer.
For all electrical warranty claims please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange return of your item under the warranty. Please ensure to include your tax invoice for proof of purchase to ensure your warranty is valid.
